RETURN POLICY

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

This ensures the integrity and safety of the hair we provide to all our customers.

Returned or Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to sender or deemed undeliverable due to customer error, including incorrect shipping information or failure to retrieve the package, the customer is responsible for all reshipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an incorrect or visibly damaged product:

Contact us at hellojetblack@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.
Do not use, open, or alter the product.

Approved cases may receive store credit or a replacement. Jet Black reserves the right to determine the resolution based on inspection.

To qualify for an exchange:

Hair must remain unused and unaltered
Hair must be in its original condition
Original packaging must be included
Any signs of wear, installation, coloring, cutting, brushing, or manipulation will void eligibility

EXCHANGE POLICY (Upon Approval Only)

Exchanges may be allowed at management's discretion, under the following conditions:

You contact us within 1 business day of delivery
The product is unused in original condition and packaging
You agree to pay a 10% restocking fee
You cover all return shipping costs

We do not accept exchanges beyond 1 business day

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to these policies. Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed in violation of these terms may be contested with supporting documentation, including proof of delivery and order verification.

IMPORTANT NOTES

All shipping fees are non-refundable
If a package is returned to Jet Black due to an incomplete or incorrect address, the customer is responsible for shipment fees
